W.O.D #3

Day 4.

Kicked my butt.
I am so tired. 
My body feels like rubber. 
I can barely lift my baby out of her bed. 
Have I mentioned that I'm tired? 
Besides all that......
I feel GREAT! :)
It sucks to feel sore, but at the same time it feels awesome! Because I know my body is actually being pushed harder than before!  


This workout that I planned for myself today sucked.
I thought I was going to die, by the time the third round started. 
I was dripping sweat, after the second round.  When I completed everything I was soaked.

When I do these workouts, I try to do them as fast as possible.  Well, by the third round I felt like I was going at a snails pace. But I completed it! And like I said, I feel great! Tired, but great. 



My run wasn't too bad.  It was a little too hot and running back the wind was going against me and it really sucked, but I made it.  :)
