A series of arguments...

I don't know what it is, but I felt great on my run tonight.  My legs didn't feel like lead when I started and I was below a 12 minute pace.  I'm slow :)  

However, my knees do not seem to be getting better.  I have been stretching right after I run and icing my knees because they are hurting more than usual.  I hope I'm just being overly dramatic and that it's really nothing. :)



Saw this on Pinterest and thought it described how I feel when I'm running perfectly.
